How can I check my shipment?
Once your order’s been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on it until it’s delivered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders in the U.S. usually arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders usually get there within 10-20 business days depending on where you live.
My package wasn’t delivered. What’s going on?
If it’s been longer than the estimated delivery timeframe, then contact us so that we can investigate it and take the necessary actions.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
We do our best to get your order right the first time. If you would like to return an item for any reason, please use the ‘Contact Us’ form or chat application on the website to submit a request. We will respond to you with instructions for returning the item. We will process your refund or exchange once we’ve received the item back from you and completed our inspection. Please note that only unused items will be refunded/exchanged, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
How long do I have to initiate a return/exchange?
To complete a refund or exchange, you must submit your request within 30 days from your purchase date.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel order if we haven’t started fulfilling it. So, it’s important that you request a cancellation as soon as possible after you’ve placed your order. Otherwise, you may request a refund.
My baby’s a little big/small for his age, will this fit right?
Our items run true to size as similar baby apparel from most other brands. We also include measurements on the product pages to help you choose the right size. If you usually buy smaller/bigger clothes from other brands, then you should do the same with us as well.
Is shopping on your website safe?
We use multiple layers of safeguards to keep any information you submit on our site guarded. Everything you submit that includes personally identifiable information is protected from misuse and alteration using industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) protocol technology. Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we do not accept any orders over the phone at this time.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET Monday thru Friday.
Can I reach you via the chat application?
Yes, you may. However, please note that we may not respond to your chat inquiry immediately as we may be away or attending to other customers.
